Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Voqusa handles your information when you use our transcript generator tool.

What We Collect

We collect minimal data. When you use our tool, we process the video URL you submit to generate a transcript. This processing happens in your session and the URL is not stored on our servers after the session ends.

We do not require accounts, collect email addresses, or ask for personal information to use our core transcription features. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

Data Processing

Video URLs submitted for transcription are processed in real-time. The transcript is generated and displayed to you, then discarded. We do not maintain a database of submitted URLs or generated transcripts. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on Vercel, which may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for operational purposes. These logs are subject to Vercel's privacy policy and are not accessible to us for individual user tracking.

We may use a lightweight analytics service in the future to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., which platforms are most popular). Any such analytics would be anonymous and not tied to individual users.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is typically no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have any questions about privacy, please contact us through our contact page.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page. Material changes will be noted with an updated 'Last updated' date at the top of the policy.
