One credit = one minute of video, rounded up. A 3:10 video uses 4 credits. A 12-second clip uses 1 credit. The exception is YouTube: one credit covers one whole YouTube video regardless of length, up to the 3-hour cap. Rounding happens per video, so ten 30-second clips cost ten credits.
